Downhill from the home is a small mini-storage building that I use for long-term storage (no one else has access). Over the top of the mini storage building from the deck you have a great view of the tree'd forest & Monte Sano, especially near dusk the view is warm and comforting! Front light on porch, lights up staircase to front door, Ring doorbell security cameras and motion sensors for your peace of mind in this quiet, peaceful area with free parking right in front next to the staircase (also monitored with motion-detecting security cameras for your peace of mind). ---------- Huntsville, Alabama - also known as Rocket City for all the rocket scientists and engineers in town, as well as the Space & Rocket Center - is one of the fastest (if not the fastest) growing cities in Alabama, set to become the largest city in Alabama in just a few years. A very diverse city and economy, with lots of government contracting and military, including the new FBI building, large tech presence from Gooogle & Faceboook, a Mazda-Toyota plant, the future headquarters of the U.S. Space Force, Blue Origin rocket company, the large and ever exanding Huntsville Hospital system, UAH & Alabama A&M Universities, and so much more. Huntsville is also the new home to the minor league baseball Trash Pandas, the new Huntsville City FC (MLS Next Pro soccer) and Huntsville Havoc (hockey). The new Orion Amphitheater has also just been completed attracting a new slew of great musical talents (as well as the smaller more intimate Mars Hall downtown). >> Forget something? Guests will have full exclusive access and use of the tiny house, private partially-covered tiny deck out front, and access to shared grassy space behind, including raised vegetable garden access, grassy area with fire pit, and gas grill as well as private parking. Space is lined on one side by trees; mini storage building is located in front down below stairs (I use myself only for long-term storage, no one else has access). Great view over top of the mini storage building of Monte Sano and the hills full of trees. A shipping container is located adjacent to the back of the tiny house (future tiny house conversion) and a large metal warehouse is towards the front of the property, which can be seen from the bathroom window, but the home faces toward the back wth a nice view of the wooded hills. The warehouse building is occupied (by myself and my tenant) and there may be other cars parked in front of the warehouse building during business hours (other side of building off street). Very private on back side where tiny house is located near edge of property and tree line. One other tiny house on the other side of the grassy area and raised garden, adjacent to the shipping container, may contain Airbnb guests as well who will share access to the garden, grassy area and firepit or grill (directly behind the raised gardenbed). Parking - please park to the right of the staircase of the spRocket, directly in front of the tiny house. Then just walk up the stairs and enjoy! *Got a Tesla electric vehicle? We have you covered!
